Swaen© Ale Base Malt
Swaen© Ale is a premium base malt produced from the finest two-row European summer barley. It is kilned slightly longer than a standard Pilsner malt, which develops a richer, deeper colour and a more pronounced malty sweetness. This malt provides a robust enzymatic power (diastatic power), making it capable of converting large amounts of specialty grains in the mash. It delivers a clean, well-rounded profile with notes of fresh bread and subtle honey, providing the perfect backbone for both hop-forward and malt-driven beer styles.
