These are the general terms of the relationship between you (the website visitor) and Cactus Craft (Pty) Ltd (the website owner), Registration Number 2018/374638/07.

They apply to your use of cactuscraft.co.za (our retail website). Our wholesale website, wholesale.cactuscraft.co.za, is operated by the same company. Trade and commercial orders — whether placed on the wholesale website or with us directly — are additionally governed by our Commercial (Sales and Purchasing) Terms and Conditions, which prevail over these terms where they conflict.

By visiting or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Use of the Website

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use content from this website for marketing, commercial, or other purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Unauthorised use will terminate your right of access and may result in legal action.

3. Conclusion of Sales & Availability of Stock

  • Orders placed are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Cactus Craft.
  • A binding agreement of sale is formed only once the products are delivered or collected.
  • We may reject an order for any reason and will refund any payments made, or offer alternatives if agreed with you.
  • You may cancel an order before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. Once delivery or collection has taken place, our Returns and Refund Policy applies (this is separate from, and in addition to, your 7-day online cooling-off right described in that policy).
  • Trade and commercial orders are subject to separate terms outlined in our Commercial (Sales and Purchasing) Terms and Conditions.
  • Adding products to a wishlist or shopping basket does not constitute an order.
  • Stock availability and pricing may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to update the website accordingly.

4. Pricing

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, availability, and pricing.
  • Cactus Craft is not liable for errors unless due to gross negligence.
  • In the case of incorrect pricing, we will refund you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

5. Alcohol Sales

  • Cactus Craft does not sell alcohol or alcoholic beverages online.

  • This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and, for online purchases, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) — including the 7-day cooling-off right that applies to qualifying online orders.

  • Ownership of all stock remains with Cactus Craft (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared.
  • If payment fails, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods and/or enforce payment.

18. Gift Cards & Coupons

Gift Cards

  • Redeemable online at cactuscraft.co.za or in-store.
  • Valid for 3 years from activation or top-up.
  • Not exchangeable for cash; no change given.
  • Treat as cash. Lost or stolen cards are not replaced unless you provide the gift card number. Call 012 111 1203 to block and reissue the balance.
  • Balances can be checked online or by calling us.
  • If deleted, we can resend only to the original email address.

Coupons

  • Usually valid for a limited time or event and may be linked to a specific email address.
  • If you experience difficulties, please contact us.

19. Entire Agreement

  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Cactus Craft.
  • If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
