Southern Promise – Hops Pellets

Southern Promise was one of a new generation that could grow in SA in low light conditions without needing artificial light. It’s a dual-purpose hop, used for both bittering and aroma and tends toward a more woody, earthy fragrance.  It has fairly high alpha acids and low cohumulone giving it bright and smooth bittering qualities. It is largely considered a nice dual-use hop with a pleasant and unobtrusive woody and earthy quality.
