Herbal Tea (deconcoction): Place 1 tsp in a cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 mins. Remove from the heat and let it steep/stand for 15 mins. Drink 1 cup three times a day or apply the deconcoction externally/topically to affected areas.
