ISY Enhance™ is a specialised yeast-based texturising agent rich in polysaccharides, oligosaccharides, and mannoproteins. These natural yeast-derived components serve a dual purpose: the polysaccharides bind with polyphenols to significantly reduce harsh astringency and “hop burn,” while the mannoproteins provide a perceived increase in palate weight and body. Unlike maltodextrin or lactose, ISY Enhance™ is fully yeast-derived and does not significantly alter the gravity of the beer, making it a “clean” solution for balancing sensory profiles. It is gluten-free and highly versatile, performing well across a variety of styles from heavily hopped NEIPAs to delicate non-alcoholic lagers.

Typical Usage (Dosage)
- Commercial Applications: The standard treatment rate is 20–40 g/hL. For lighter styles like NABLAB (Non-Alcoholic/Low Alcohol Beer), hard seltzers, or light lagers, use 20–30 g/hL. For full-bodied ales or intensely hoppy beers, a higher rate of 30–40 g/hL is recommended to maximize the softening effect on hop bitterness.
- Home-Brew Applications: Pitch 4g to 9g for a standard 19L to 23L batch. For best results, use the lower end of the range for pale, sessionable beers and the higher end for IPAs or Imperial styles.
