We’ve added some dry-hopping to this IPA, to add some hop character instead of just overwhelming bitterness. You might wonder why Indian Pale Ale is so popular. And the most prominent answer would be because they are so tasty! From the origin of this beer being preserved with hops to survive the long journey across the Indian and Atlantic oceans, IPA had evolved from bitter being the only character to a world of varieties at your hand. Mostly noted is that IPAs have high alcohol content and a hoppy taste which counts both for the fruity, citrusy characteristics and the bitterness you can taste.
