Bourbon Kit – Tennessee Bourbon – 23L Mash
Our Tennessee Bourbon kit makes a fine Tennessee style bourbon, with barley, wheat and corn in the recipe. Ageing is done by toasting your own french wood stave, and letting your distillate sit on it until your colour is just right.
If distilling at average 75% ABV, you will get around 3.2L of alcohol at 75%. After diluting to around 42% you will have around 5.5L of bourbon.
