Swaen© Naked Oat is a premium oat malt produced from “naked” (huskless) oat varieties. Because it lacks a husk, the inner kernel is fully exposed during the malting process, resulting in higher extract potential and better enzyme efficiency compared to traditional husked oats. It is renowned for its high beta-glucan and lipid content, which work together to create a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel and exceptional head stability. While it contributes a subtle, toasted nutty flavour, its primary role is functional: providing the characteristic “slickness” and stable haze desired in modern juicy and hazy beer styles.

Storage and Handling
