REX-C100 Digital PID Temperature Controller
This is an entry-level PID that can be used to control an electric still, electric brewery or fermentation chamber. Best results for temperature control on an electric distilling system
Digital PID Temperature Controller
An instrument used in industrial control applications to regulate temperature, flow, pressure, speed and other process variables. PID (proportional integral derivative) controllers use a control loop feedback mechanism to control process variables and are the most accurate and stable controllers.

PID working like a charm. It was between this one and the STC-1000 but with the included thermocouple and SSR it was the better deal.
Looks good have not used it yet
