Derived from Simcoe®, Mosaic® was developed and released by the Hop Breeding Company in 2012. This US hop features an enticing balance of floral, tropical, fruity and earthy flavours. A high alpha acid content makes Mosaic® a great dual-purpose hop but its strength lies in its smoothness and distinctive aroma that work particularly well in pale ales and IPAs.

Advanced hop pellets optimized for hop flavour. Designed by HAAS® and BarthHaas, LUPOMAX® is created to deliver optimized hop flavour. This pellet reduces the vegetative matter and provides a cleaner, more intense hop flavour without the undesirable grassy, astringent flavours.
