GoldSwaen© Red is a premium caramel malt produced through a meticulous drum-roasting process that ensures uniform caramelisation. It provides a striking reddish tint to the beer while contributing a rich, saturated malt aroma with notes of biscuit, honey, and subtle dark fruit. This malt is exceptionally effective at increasing the mouthfeel and “roundness” of a beer, helping to balance hop bitterness in amber styles. It also significantly improves foam stability and head formation, ensuring a thick, creamy head that persists throughout the drinking experience.

Storage and Handling
