Produced through a specialised drum-roasting process, it ensures that every kernel is evenly caramelised to deliver consistent results. Its primary functional role is to intensify the beer’s body and smoothness while significantly supporting head formation and long-term foam stability, making it an essential tool for crafting polished, professional-quality light beers.
