This dried and cut lemon peel comes from China. It is very fragrant and contains no pips and so it is suitable for teas.
Lemon Peel can be used to infuse beverages such as iced tea, gin and vodka. Infusions added to cakes will give a aromatic lemon flavour.
Lemon peel, is used in gin, to impart citrus fruit notes into gin. Can be used in steam infusions in a botanical basket or in a maceration, afterwards.
