SafAle S-33
A fruity-driven strain that gives a high mouthfeel and body to the beer. Ideal for Belgian Ales (Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel Styles) and strong English ales (ex. Imperial Stouts). It is also suitable for New England IPAs. Yeast with medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
A general-purpose, widely used ale yeast with low sedimentation properties. This strain is highly consistent, with excellent wort attenuation and a great flavour profile.

- Fermentation Temperature: 59–68F
- Attenuation: 68–72%
- Alcohol Tolerance: 9-11%
