An email gift card is an email version of a gift card and the following additional terms apply:

• The bearer of the Gift Card may use the Gift Card to purchase merchandise from any Cactus Craft store or online.
• The Gift Card is valid for a period of 3 years from date of activation or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first. If such gift card has been topped-up, it will remain valid for a period of 3 years from date of top-up or upon full redemption thereof (whichever occurs first) irrespective of the date of purchase.
• The Gift Card may not be exchanged for cash.
• No cash change will be given on purchases made with the Gift Card.
• For security reasons, this Gift Card should be kept in a safe. If stolen, it may still be used to make unauthorized/fraudulent purchases, as the bearer is not verified at checkout either in-store or online.
• Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. However, if you are in possession of the Gift Card number, you can call the Customer Service team on 012 111 1203 to report it lost or stolen. We will then block the remaining amount on the Gift Card and transfer it to another Gift Card, available when you next visit any Cactus Craft store or online.
• Gift Card balances can be checked online at https://www.cactuscraft.co.za/gift-card/ or by phoning us at 012 111 1203.
• Should the Email Gift Card be deleted, Cactus Craft will be not be liable for reimbursement of any nature. The email can be resent, but only to the original email address.
• The usage of the Email Gift Card is solely at the risk and discretion of the customer.
• Cactus will not be held responsible for any network service operator’s delay in forwarding an Email Gift Card to the intended recipient, although we will endeavor with to comply with the intended email date specified by the purchaser.
• The Email Gift Card will only be accepted if a valid Email Gift Card number on the email format is presented to the cashier in our store, or used online at checkout.
