Description
Belgian Wit Bier – All-Grain Kit
Get the recipe HERE!
Belgian-style witbier is brewed using unmalted wheat, sometimes oats and malted barley. Witbiers are spiced with coriander and orange peel. A style that dates back hundreds of years, it fell into relative obscurity until it was revived by Belgian brewer Pierre Celis in the 1960s.
Our Witbier kit includes:
Grains, hops, yeast
Excludes:
Coriander, Sweet Lemon Peel.
Using fresh lemon peel is the best way to make the best tasting witbier. Grate the peel of a fresh orange. Just make sure not to include the pith (white part) of the peel, as this will add an undesirable bitterness. For a twist on this recipe, use a lemon/lime instead!

Hi Desmond, we’ll try and make a generic “kit brewing” video that we’ll link to all our kits, that will help to understand the instructions, but please call if we can help with anything! Ad thanks for the great suggestion!
