Cinnamon Sticks – 100g – Cinnamon adds a great spiciness to beer styles. The darker/heavier the beer, the more cinnamon can be used. Great for winter ales. The distinct flavor is enough to stand on its own, but it also combines well with orange peel, vanilla or Seeds of Paradise.
Cloves Whole – 100g – Cloves adds a great spiciness to beer styles. The darker/heavier the beer, the more cloves can be used. Great for winter ales. Be careful to avoid an overpowering taste, rather under spice than over. Making a tincture (using vodka as a base) is a great way to control the addition.
