Orders & Shipping
We can ship to anywhere in the world! For South African shipments, you can select the courier or collection options on checkout, as well as any payment method. For other countries, you will be able to submit and order, and we will then quote you shipment to your destination. If you accept, we can arrange payment.
Most courier orders (SA) are delivered within 2 days of shipment. You will receive a notification as soon as we ship, and a link to track the shipment. Exceptions might apply if you are remotely located, like on a farm, or in a remote area. If your order seems to be traveling slower than expected, please let us know immediately so that we can follow up with our courier partners!Â
When we ship depends on when we receive payment. EFT payments must be manually allocated to an order, so it generally only happens the day after you make the payment. Card Payments or Instant EFT options are allocated immediately, so we can start processing the order immediately.
We generally ship as follows:
– Sunday to Monday (closed) – We ship these orders Tuesday.
– Tuesday to Thursday – We ship next day (day after payment clears, for faster turnaround, please pay with a card or instant EFT option).
– Friday – We try and get these orders out on Friday, but it depends on when payment clears. The courier service will only deliver on Monday at the earliest though.
– Saturday – Depending on payment method, ships out on Saturday or Tuesday.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, or an email that confirms that it is ready for collection. Please keep an eye out for these! Under My Account, there is also a tracking page.
If you need to cancel or amend an order please get in touch as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched (or processed where we have for example milled grains for you), we can amend or cancel your order right away. If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a return. Please refer to our returns policy page.
Returns and Exchanges
In general, we accept returns if unopened and unused. For food items (grains, yeast, hops) we unfortunately can’t take returns for health and safety reasons. Please see details here:Â https://www.cactuscraft.co.za/returns-and-refund-policy/
Get in touch with us, and we can arrange an exchange (if possible), and we can let you know what the options are.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll get your order corrected right away.
